About
My journey into bodybuilding began in high school, driven by typical teenage insecurities. I was on the heavier side, and it wasn’t until I discovered weightlifting that I began to find my footing. Like many, the gym became my escape, a space to develop not just my body, but my confidence and self-discipline.
Initially, my focus was on getting as big as possible and chasing PRs which led me into the trap of extremes, whether through unhealthy bulking or overtraining. It wasn’t until I looked deeper into the world of bodybuilding that I realised it wasn’t just about size; it was about creating a well-rounded physique that prioritised symmetry and structure. Inspired by the Golden Era of bodybuilding, my vision shifted from chasing mass and numbers to rediscovering the connection between bodybuilding, health, longevity, and aesthetics.
It is only through many years of trial and error, misguided routines, eating habits and injuries that I eventually found this connection. And now I want to use these years of learning from my mistakes and my passion for natural bodybuilding to teach you how to train and eat in a way to build a physique that is strong, symmetrical, and built to last, not just one that looks good for a moment, but one that reflects the work, discipline, and mindset you put into it.
